Besides our all-time favorite red velvet, carrot cake is another delightful choice for birthday cake. Our carrot cake is made from best ingredient such as fresh grated carrot, cinnamon and chopped pecan. With our own cream cheese frosting recipe, it makes this cake more flavorful than you can imagine.
