Introducing soft baked cupcakes - 5 floor, the emporium, bangkok

Bangkok is a big city, filled with all kind of bakery shops that offered various type of cakes and sweets. Thai people, especially teenagers, love to hang out with their friends at coffee shop, eating cakes and enjoy their afternoon. Cakes seem to make people filled with joy for their special moments.

It has been nearly a year since we started a cupcake business in Bangkok, Thailand. People who loved cupcakes all say that our cupcakes are different. Most people would imagine about hard cupcake with sweet buttercream frosting. For us, this seems to be a fact that why cupcakes are still not popular in Thailand. We think about making a soft and moist cupcake, not just frosted with buttercream, but also decorated them with whipping cream, chocolate fudge, and fresh fruits, making them taste more special than traditional cupcakes.
