The making of pink wedding cupcake

I have been to many wedding this year and all wedding gifts are so cute such as rice in a bag, couple magnet, twin dolphins, etc. But I would say this order is also cute, they are making a cupcake for a wedding gift, put it in a box with ribbon.

It is simply vanilla and coffee cupcakes with classic buttercream, which I really love to taste the cream before eating a cake. Here is the recipe for the buttercream that some of you might want to try if you are buttercream addicted like me.
Ingredients
1 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup of milk
6 cups of confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Just blend all ingredient together, but there is a trick to make the texture even better.
If you are a person who like a smooth buttercream, just melt sugar with milk and add some water. Let it cool down and then blend with butter and vanilla.

For this wedding, they want to make it pink, so we use pink cakecup and decorate them with white and coral buttercream. On the top, we have a pink heart-shaped sugar candy to make them looked lovely.

At last, we put a golden ribbon and their names on top of a clear plastic box. It is such a perfect gift for their happiest day.

This order is ready for delivery to intercontinental hotel tomorrow. Hope all guests will be very happy tomorrow too.
